Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Take notice that it is intended to remove Vantage Automotive Finance Limited ("the company") from the
New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
Any objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Economic Development, 3 Kingston Street, Auckland by 3 May 2000.
