Notice of Intention to Request Removal of a sCompany From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Charles Yates Grant, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at Level Sixteen, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch, on the grounds specified under section 318 (2) (a) or section 318 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar within 28 days of the date of this notice, the company will be removed from the Register.
