Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 or section 320 of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above companies from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.
The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 231 of the Companies Act 1955 or section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 to the Register.
Any objection to removal, pursuant to Section 296 of the Companies Act 1955 or section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the District Registrar of Companies at Auckland within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
