Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
In accordance with section 320 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (ii) of the Act, I have requested the Registrar of Companies to remove Witte Boyd New Zealand Limited from the Register of Companies on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
In accordance with section 320 (4) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that any objections to the removal of this company from the Register, under
section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by the
5th day of May 2000.
The closure of this non-trading company is not in any way related to the ongoing operations of the Witte Boyd Group in the United Kingdom.
