Notice of Intention to Remove the Company From
the Register of Companies
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, that in accordance with section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, Addington Mill Holdings Limited (in liquidation) whose registered office is situated at Level One, 116 Riccarton Road, P.O. Box 8237, Christchurch, will be removed from the Register of Companies due to the completion of the liquidation.
Any objection under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 must be delivered to the Registrar before the 25th day of January 2000.
