Notice of Intention to Remove the Company From
the Register of Companies
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, that in accordance with section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, Coastal Publishing 2000 Limited (in liquidation) whose registered office is situated at Level One, 16 Leslie Hills Drive, Christchurch, will be removed from the Register of Companies due to the completion of the liquidation.
Any objection under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 must be delivered to the Registrar before the 30th day of January 2000.
