Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Take notice that the above-named company is making an application to the Registrar for the company to be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 20th day of April 2000.
