Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 6th day of March 2000, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:
That the company be removed from the New Zealand Companies Register in accordance with section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, as the company has ceased to carry on in business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets.
Any objection to the removal of the company from the Register, to be made under section 321 of this Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 28th day of April 2000.
