Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final report has been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the company under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 24th day of January 2000.
Laurel-Lea Retirements Limited is not related to the current operators of Laurel-Lea Retirement Village, 41 Caledonian Road, St Albans.
