Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Companies From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I, Stephen William Arrowsmith, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (ii) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the above-named companies, whose registered offices are situated at the Eighteenth Floor, Price Waterhouse Centre, 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the companies have ceased to carry on business, have discharged in full their liabilities to all their known creditors and have distributed their surplus assets in accordance with their constitutions and the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar by the
30th day of April 2000 (being a date not less than
20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.
