Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the register the above-named companies whose registered offices are at 11 Waitomo Avenue, Auckland.
Application is made pursuant to section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that the companies have ceased to carry on business and have discharged all liabilities and distributed all assets.
Written objections must be lodged with the registrar within 20 working days of this notice.
