Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, as the company has sold its shares to Capital Valves 1998 Limited, I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the Register of Companies.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar by the
18th day of April 2000, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
