Notice of Intention to Apply to be Removed From the New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
Pacific Waste Management Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand, having its registered office
at 86 Lunn Avenue, Mt Wellington, Auckland, hereby
gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on or after the 30th day of March 2000, in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in, or in any part of, another country; and
(b) It is proposed that the company will become incorporated under the law in force in the State of Delaware, in the United States of America.
