Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
Shareholders Resolution Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
Shareholders have resolved on the 29th day of February 2000, to have the company removed from the New Zealand Companies Register on the grounds that all business has ceased, all debts owed to creditors are paid in full and surplus assets have been distributed to shareholders.
Unless objection to the removal from the Register, lodged under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 10th day of April 2000.
