Notice of Intention to Remove Company
From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of Tracker Software (NZ) Limited
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the aforementioned Act;
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with grounds for such an objection no later than Friday, the 24th day of March 2000 (being a date not less than 20 working days after this notice).
