Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
Martin & Martin Export Limited, having its registered office at 113-117 The Terrace, Wellington, gives notice that it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), to be removed from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors in accordance with the Act.
Any objection to such removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Wellington, within 30 days of the date of this notice.
