Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (c) (i) of the Companies Act 1993
The Registrar, pursuant to section 318 (1) (c) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, intends to remove the above-named company at the expiration of 20 workings days, on the grounds that it was placed into liquidation and that no liquidator is acting.
Any objection to the removal of the above-named company must be delivered to the Registrar's office at
Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre on or before the 15th day of March 2000.
