Notice of Intention to Apply for Dissolution of the Company
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
Address of Registered Office: 4 Dee Street, Mount Maunganui.
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, Brian Norman Wills proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for a declaration of dissolution of the company.
The grounds for this application are made on the basis that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar within 30 days after the date of this notice or such later date as the section may require, the Registrar may dissolve the company.
