Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Arahi Properties (Dunlop Road) Limited:
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (3), on the grounds that the company has ceased trading and has no remaining assets or liabilities.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 14th day of March 2000.
