Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Display Pools Recreation Limited (in liquidation), Fexmak Limited (in liquidation), Heme Industries (NZ) Limited (in liquidation), S.G. King Builders Limited (in liquidation), Strip-Please Limited (in liquidation) and T & T Hospitality Personnel Limited (in liquidation).
These companies which have their registered offices in
New Zealand, request under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidations have been completed and the liquidators have filed their reports with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, that they be removed.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 13th day of March 2000.
