Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the New Zealand Register
Registered Office: Hesketh Henry, Solicitors, Level Eleven, 2 Kitchener Street, Auckland.
It is intended that the above company be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Any objection to the removal of the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies may be made under section 321 of the Act, and must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 13th day of February 2000.
