Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that
the declaration of dissolution dated the 11th day of
March 1996 of The University of Waikato Foundation HN. C.T. 549307 was made in error and on the 28th day of August 2000, made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.
