Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated the 17th day of February 1998 of Ruatahuna Work Trust WN. C.T. 304169 was made in error and on the 10th day of July 2000, made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.
