Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated 11 November 1999 of Taranaki Hospice Foundation (HN. 580368) was made in error and on the 9th day of June 2000, made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.
