Pursuant to Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the declaration of dissolution dated the 12th day of November 1999 of MOKAI DEVELOPMENTS TRUST HN. 477802 was made in error and on the 13th day of January 2000 made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.
