Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar is satisfied that TUWHARETOA SOCIAL SERVICES HN. 647772 was carrying on its operations on the 11th day of November 1999, the date of its dissolution under section 26 (1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and on the 24th day of May 2000, made a declaration that such dissolution be revoked.
