Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that
the declaration of dissolution dated the 24th day of September 1997 of THE MATAWEKA WORK TRUST HN. 295844 was made in error and on the 5th day of May 2000, made a declaration of revocation of dissolution as from that date.
