Notice is hereby given that the scheme, filed in the office of the High Court at Auckland by the Public Trustee varying the terms of the trusts under which the assets of the
New Zealand Communities Growth Trust (formerly Centrepoint Community Growth Trust) are held,
was approved by the High Court at Auckland on the 22nd day of March 2000, following a hearing on the 28th day of February 2000 under proceedings No. M. 1058/99.
