In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of the T. J. Russell Fund and in the matter of
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,
of 11 Huron Street, Takapuna, Auckland:
Take notice that on the 14th day of April 2000, an application for variation of the T. J. Russell Fund ("the fund") by scheme of arrangement was filed with the High Court at Auckland.
The scheme proposes that the assets of the fund be sold and the net proceeds of sale be paid to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, to be taken on trust subject to the terms of the fund to be applied in and for the charitable purposes of the said church.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 14th day of June 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme must give written notice of his intention to do so to:
1. The Registrar of the High Court at Auckland,
2. To the trustees of the T. J. Russell Fund, and
3. To the Attorney-General
not less than 7 clear days before the 14th day of June 2000.

The trustees of the T. J. Russell Fund are the New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited of P.O. Box 128-018, Remuera 1136, Auckland.
