Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Auckland Terminal Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands but having a place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from the 28th day of December 2000.
