Notice of Intention of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the Church of Scientology of California, a company incorporated in New Zealand, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from the 28th day of August 2000.
The Church of Scientology will continue to serve as The Church of Scientology of New Zealand Incorporated.
