GFK Marketing Services New Zealand Limited
Public notice is given that, pursuant to section 341 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies must remove GFK Marketing Services Limited from the Overseas Register on the grounds that the company has an intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
Unless written objection to such removal is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Level Seven, 3 Kingston Street, Auckland by the 20th day of April 2000 (being a date not earlier than
3 months after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.
