Notice of Intention to Remove Overseas Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register as the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Any objections to the removal of the company from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar by the 22nd day of September 2000.
