Public Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, NEC Information Systems Australia Pty Limited and NEC Home Electronics Australia Pty Limited give notice that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, they will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
