Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Curtis Jones & Brown Advertising Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia, will cease carrying on business in New Zealand and intends to apply for removal from the New Zealand Register after the 18th day of August 2000.
