Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Larson-Juhl Australia LLC, a company incorporated in the United States of America and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 1st day of August 2000.
