Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Spencer Scoular, a shareholder of the above-named company, proposes to give notice to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 341 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, stating the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand as from the 1st day of April 2000.
