Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business
in New Zealand
Take note that, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Macdonald Technologies Pty Limited hereby gives notice that it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
Please Note That: The cessation is merely part of a restructuring process and a new branch has taken over operations, trading as Macdonald Technologies (NZ) Pty Limited.
There will be no effect on customers or creditors.
