Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry Out Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 30th day of June 2000, Triangle Cables (Australia) Pty Limited will cease carrying out business in New Zealand.
Notice will be given to the Registrar, in accordance with section 341 (1) (b), after 3 months from this notice.
Please Note That: Triangle Cables (NZ) Limited will continue trading from its South Auckland premises.
