Pursuant to Section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
We advise notice is hereby given that the above-captioned company, with registered office at 44-52 Wellesley Street, Auckland, proposes to cease trading in New Zealand, and 3 months after this notice will give notice to the Registrar of Companies of that intention.
