Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that The Copenhagen Reinsurance Company, a company incorporated in Denmark, but having a place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from the 9th day of June 2000.
