Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in
New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Gateway Pty Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Australia and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 10th day of June 2000 or soon after that date.
