Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
Pursuant to Section 119 of the Insolvency Act 1967
Take notice that the order of adjudication dated the 9th day of October 2000 against Kevin Francis Rush, occupation unknown, of 39 Kapanui Road, Waikanae, was annulled by order of the High Court at Wellington dated the 6th day of November 2000.
