Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated the 17th day of February 1999, against Robin Gordon McDonald of 4/504 St Asaph Street, Christchurch, was annulled by order of the High Court on the 9th day of October 2000.
The annulment took effect as from the 4th day of September 2000.
