Take notice that on the 17th day of January 2000, an application for the appointment of a liquidator and for putting Fully Turoa Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wanganui.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on the 1st day of March 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Bobo Products Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) Posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) Left for the solicitor at a document exchange for directions to D.X. W.P. 20-307, Christchurch.
