Take notice that on the 5th day of January 2000, an application for putting Parkway Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of March 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicants are Robert Alexander West Wallace and Anne Elizabeth Wallace, whose address for service is at the offices of Cooney Vosper, Alpha House, Alpha Street, Cambridge.
