Take notice that on the 27th day of November 2000, an application to put Roller International Limited into liquidation was filed by the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 25th day of January 2001
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Liang Seng Tan, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, solicitor for the above-named plaintiff, Level Twenty-one, Royal & SunAlliance Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1 (Counsel Acting: Campbell Clark).
