Take notice that on the 13th day of November 2000, an application for putting Advanced Technology Enterprises Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 18th day of December 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
