Take notice that on the 13th day of November 2000, an application for putting Home Providers Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 15th day of December 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Norman Ellison Carpets Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Neill & Co, Solicitors, 4 Marshland Road (P.O. Box 27-083 or D.X. W.P. 28-003), Shirley, Christchurch.
