Take notice that on the 30th day of October 2000, an application for the winding up of Sail City Finance Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 14th day of December 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Protecta Insurance New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Anthony Thomas, Fifth Floor, The Shortland Centre,
Tower 1, 51 Shortland Street, Auckland.
